The problem is that the DNS record for EQ2i.com is HOSED!

On a Windows XP system, edit the following file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

and add the following lines at the bottom:
83.143.81.174 eq2i.com
83.143.81.174 www.eq2i.com

This will have the added bonus of somewhat improving response time even when the DNS is working properly.

If you are not on WinXP, use Search to find the hosts file. On Windows 98 it was in the Windows directory.

だそうな。一応これでアクセスできました。DNSの問題だったのね。
